    • Should I trust Unique Blade?

      This is an age old question! UniqueBlade does offer visual proof, found on eBay, that we are known for having a 98.8% or higher feedback rating. UniqueBlade customers from eBay know that we strived to answer emails within 24 hours no matter what day of the week it was. UniqueBlade customers know that when problems do arise, we attack them with all of our power for immediate resolution, regardless of our cost.



    • What quality are the knives?

      This goes back to "you get what you pay for". If you spend $10.00 on a knife, you are going to get a $10.00 knife. You need to understand, before you buy, what type of knife you really need. If you plan to tear things up in the back yard, practice throwing it into a tree, or need a daily carry knife for those normal day to day cuts, then a $10.00 knife is great. If you plan to go off to war, or your career involves the use of a knife 8 plus hours a day, then you need to spend a bit more money for a higher quality knife, one that will handle the industrial abuse a whole lot better, and for a whole lot longer.



    • Why is shipping free?

      This is simple! We know you don't want to go from the store page, to the checkout and back, wasting a bunch of time, just to figure out how much the item really costs. What you see is what you pay, with a few exclusions. Such as, if you need airmail services or if you need the item to go out the same day the order is placed. In these cases we charge the fee of the expedited service you need, and possibly a very reasonable handling fee for jumping your order in front of everyone else.


      Orders


    • When are orders shipped?

      All orders are normally processed for shipment within 2-3 business days, and it normally takes an estimated 5-10 business days for the item(s) to arrive, via our free shipping option.
      These time frames are only estimations, and exclude all weekends and national holidays.
      These time frames can vary for many reasons, such as, if your item is out of stock due to our inventory being off. Don't worry though, we never knowingly place items on the site that we know are out of stock!



    • How can I change my order?

      If you need to change any quantities or cancel your order after payment has been made, please contact our Customer Service department. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.



    • Where is my order? Can I track it?

      If it is beyond the normal time frame for delivery then contact our Customer Service department right away, and we will figure out what has happened to your order.

      We get delivery confirmation, which only tells us when your item was delivered. If you purchased our "Expedited Shipping" service, a delivery confirmation number will be sent via email to your registered email address.
      Please note our "Shipping Policy" for the proper amount of time for your order to arrive.



    • What if something is missing or wrong?

      Contact our Customer Service department right away and we will figure out what the reason was for the mistake and have the problem resolved right away.



    • What if an item is broken?

      If an item in your order is broken, please contact our Customer Service department within 72 hours of receiving the item.

      If you need to make a return, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of receiving your order for an RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number). They will give you further instructions about how to ship your item back.

    • How secure is your website?

      The entire Unique Blade website (not just the checkout) is protected with 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. Heck, we even have an SSL Certificate for our email server. Basically, we make sure that we all are fully protected from any forms of internet threats!



    • What is your "Privacy Policy"?

      This is fairly simple! We at Unique Blade know what it is like to get email spam or to receive phone calls from annoying solicitors. We will never share your information with anyone outside of Unique Blade, nor will your information within Unique Blade be used to solicit products that we do not offer. You like the items we sell, and we are only going to contact you about them. Upon placing an order with Unique Blade, you will automatically be signed up for our newsletter. Our system does this as a courtesy, mainly due to the fact it can save you money! We love to run sales and or offer promo codes! The only way you will know that these special offers are available is thourgh our newsletter.

    • How do I create and/or edit my account?

      • To create an account:
        1. Add an item to your cart.
        2. Click the "My Cart" button.
        3. Click the "Register" button in "My Profile".
        4. Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

        Your information will never be sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

      • To edit information in your account:
        1. Add an item to your cart.
        2. Click the "My Cart" button.
        3. Click the "Login" button in "My Profile".
        4. Enter your user name and password.

        You will then be able to alter your information.


  • What if I forget my password?

    During the checkout process you will find the user name and password entry fields. Below them is a link you can click to reset your password. The new password will be sent to your email address shortly thereafter. If you have forgotten your user name, you can email our Customer Support team and they can send it to you. Unique Blade associates will never have access to your password directly.

  • What are your shipping charges?

    We at UniqueBlade hate it when we go to a site and see an awesome price, only to find there is a hefty shipping charge at the end of the checkout. The items found on our web site, under our standard shipping policy, are sent absolutely FREE! No handling charges! No hidden gimmicks! FREE!
    Now, if you need expedited service, such as airmail, special arrangements can be made for a very moderate fee. The extra fee is charged for your order to be first in line and for the expedited shipping service. Pricing can be found during the checkout process for our expedited services and time frames for the standard service.
    Though we strive to keep our estimated shipping time frames, our "Expedited Shipping" service is not a guarantee that you will have your order by a certain time, it simply puts your order at the front of the line (kind of like a "Fast Pass" or an "Express Pass" at a theme park, you still have to wait in a line, it's just a much shorter and faster line!)



  • When will my order ship?

    We will process your order for shipment, normally, within 2-3 business days from the date your payment is made via our free shipping option. If you paid for our expedited service, your order will normally ship within 1-2 business days.



  • When will my order to arrive?

    It takes a solid 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your order to arrive after being shipped via our free standard shipping service. If you purchased our Expedited Service, your order will normally arrive within 2-3 days after being shipped.



  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard,Discover and American Express.


  • Do you accept money orders?

    We accept all types of money orders and cashier checks. Payments made via our mailing option are due within 10 days from the date of your order.
     
    Personal or business checks are not accepted at this time.
     
    Before placing an order via this option, please read the notes below.
     
    Note:

    1. Remember to get delivery confirmation or tracking for your mailed payment. We will not be held responsible for knowing where it is at, after you mail the payment.

    2. Do not send your mailed payment without complete order information or we will not know what you paid for and, therefore, consider the payment to be a donation.

    3. Do not send your mailed payment without a copy of your valid drivers license. This is needed for age verification and is required! You must be 18 years of age or older to order anything found on this site!

    4. Do not pick an item off the site and send a letter describing what you want. You must become a user on the web site and use our checkout process to place an order. There is a drop down menu with payment options, during the checkout process.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    If you are located in Florida, you will have to pay sales tax. The sales tax is 7% regardless of where you live in Florida.
