Overview
The Fire Dragon foam rubber training nunchaku or nun chucks are the safe way to practice your technique (especially those between-the-legs moves)! These are not the cheap version from China, which are made from sub-standard steel, and have poor quality ball bearings that barely spin. These are made in Taiwan of high grade steel, and high quality ball bearings, that allow for smooth movement and no mid-swing snapping.
